Figures is about the nature of photographic reproduction and points to photography’s associations of indexicality and seriality. It is an on-going series of photographic works that are a record of found (usually discarded) sections of artefacts which feature numbers in one form or another.

The subjects of this series are linked by their numbers but at the same time they are displaced and information about what lies outside the frame is withheld to allow them to be cast in new relations to each other.
